यह LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India) की एक special scheme है जिसमें महिलाओं को Insurance Agent (Mahila Career Agent – MCA) बनाया जाता है। आप अपने area में लोगों को LIC की policies दिलाने में help करती हैं और बदले में Stipend + Commission दोनों मिलते हैं।
Stipend Structure (3 साल तक)

3 साल में कुल stipend: ₹2,16,000 — और यह commission के अलावा है!
Eligibility (कौन Apply कर सकती है?)
- Gender: सिर्फ महिलाएं
- Age: 18 से 50 साल
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass
- Bank Account: Aadhar से linked होना ज़रूरी
- Location: Rural और Urban दोनों (Rural को priority)
