Bihar Free Coaching Yojana एक government initiative है जो SC/ST Welfare Department, Bihar की तरफ से चलाई जाती है। इस scheme के under state में multiple Examination Training Centers यानी परीक्षा प्रशिक्षण केंद्र operate होते हैं जहां eligible students को बिल्कुल free में competitive exam coaching दी जाती है। यह scheme simply “free coaching” नहीं है — यह एक complete career support system है जो financially weak लेकिन meritorious SC/ST students के लिए बनाई गई है।
2025 में 91 Students बने सफल
पिछले साल यानी 2025 में इस scheme से पढ़े 91 students ने different government exams में success हासिल की। इनमें Teacher Recruitment Exam, Staff Selection Commission यानी SSC, Railway Recruitment Board यानी RRB, और Bihar Police जैसी exams शामिल हैं। यह proof है कि यह scheme सिर्फ कागज पर नहीं, practically भी काम करती है।
कौन-कौन सी Exams की मिलती है Coaching?
Bihar Free Coaching Yojana के तहत UPSC Civil Services Exam, BPSC यानी Bihar Public Service Commission, SSC, Railway Recruitment, Bihar Police, Teacher Recruitment Exams और Management aspirants के लिए GMAT और CAT जैसी exams की preparation कराई जाती है। Basically जो भी government job पाना चाहता है — चाहे administration हो, teaching हो, या railway — इस scheme में सबकुछ cover है।
किन 10 जिलों में हैं Training Centers?
फिलहाल बिहार के 10 जिलों में यह Examination Training Centers operate हो रहे हैं। इनमें पटना, गया, आरा, भागलपुर, छपरा (सारण), मुजफ्फरपुर, सहरसा, पूर्णिया, मुंगेर और दरभंगा शामिल हैं। इन सभी centers पर लगभग 2400 से ज़्यादा students currently UPSC और BPSC जैसी exams की preparation कर रहे हैं — बिल्कुल free में।
Management Aspirants के लिए Special Center
अगर आप Civil Services नहीं बल्कि Management field में जाना चाहते हैं, तो बिहार सरकार ने उसके लिए भी arrange किया है। पटना के प्रसिद्ध Chandragupta Institute of Management में एक special Student Guidance Center चलाया जाता है। यहां SC/ST वर्ग के 60 students को हर साल GMAT और CAT जैसी prestigious management entrance exams के लिए free coaching दी जाती है।
Eligibility — कौन कर सकता है Apply?
इस scheme का लाभ लेने के लिए student का Bihar का permanent resident होना जरूरी है। साथ ही SC या ST category से belong करना अनिवार्य है। पूरे family की annual income 3 लाख रुपये से कम होनी चाहिए और student academically meritorious होना चाहिए।
