Socho ek baar — subah 8 baje ghar se niklo, ek chhoti si student bench par baith jao, aur agli 7 ghante wahi baithe baithe hazaron answer sheets check karte raho. Na proper chair, na table, na paani, na washroom. Aur upar se lunch break? Wo bhi sirf rules ki kitab mein band hai — asli zindagi mein uska koi wajood nahi.
Yahi haal hai UP Board 2026 ke evaluation centres ka — jahan teachers apna poora din laga rahe hain students ka future banane mein, lekin unke liye basic suvidhaein bhi nahi hain.
Bench Par Baithe-Baithe Bitta Din — Kamar Aur Ghutne Jawab De Dete Hain
UP Board ki central evaluation process har saal lakhs of answer booklets ke saath shuru hoti hai. Is saal bhi teachers poore ek pakhwaade se zyada waqt evaluation centres mein bita rahe hain. Lekin jo cheez unhe sabse zyada pareshan karti hai wo hai students wali 6 inch ki benches par ghanton baithna.
Koi ergonomic chair nahi, koi proper desk nahi — bas wahi chhoti bench jis par 16-17 saal ke bacche pariksha dete hain. Din ke ant tak teachers ko kamar dard aur ghutno ka dard hona common ho gaya hai. Yeh koi ek-do din ki baat nahi — 15 se zyada din tak yahi routine chalti hai.
Ek teacher ne bataya: “Subah se shaam tak usi bench par baithe rehna — body toot jaati hai. Ghar jaate waqt lagna chahiye kaam karke aaye hain, lekin us dard ki wajah se lagta hai kisi ne dhoka diya ho.”
Lunch Break? Rules Mein Hai, Reality Mein Nahi
2024 mein ek niyam banaya gaya — evaluators ko ek ghante ka proper lunch break milega. Sunne mein achha laga. Lekin do saal baad bhi yeh niyam sirf kagaz par hi hai.
Asli situation yeh hai ki har room mein 4 groups hote hain — har group mein 10 teachers aur 2 heads. Kaam itna hota hai ki koi specific lunch break possible hi nahi ho paata. Teachers tab khaana kha lete hain jab thodi si fursat milti hai — kabhi 12 baje, kabhi 2 baje, kabhi bilkul bhi nahi.
Gomti Nagar ke ek evaluation centre mein kaam kar rahi ek teacher ne bataya: “Jab jaise time mile, usi mein lunch kar lo. Koi tay nahi ki kab break milega. Upar se stationery bhi board nahi deta — apni pen, apna marker khud laao.”
Yeh sirf ek centre ki baat nahi — poore UP mein evaluation centres ka yehi haal hai.
1975 Se Chal Raha Hai Yeh Silsila — 50 Saal Baad Bhi Wahi Halat
UP Madhyamik Shikshak Sangh ke spokesperson RP Mishra ne puri baat khulke rakhi. Unhone bataya ki 1975 mein director Shyam Narayan Mehrotra ne central evaluations ki shuruat ki thi. Us waqt bhi clearly define kiya gaya tha ki evaluators ko kya milna chahiye:
- Achhi roshni wala kamra
- Cane chair aur table
- Pankha
- Saaf washroom
- Water cooler
Yani 50 saal pehle bhi insan samajh gaya tha ki teachers ko decent facilities chahiye. Lekin aaj 2026 mein UP Board in basic chezon ko bhi provide nahi kar pa raha. Yeh progress nahi, yeh ek serious institutional failure hai.
Mishra ne aage bataya ki 1980s mein Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad ki Secretary Prabha Tripathi ne ek serious koshish ki thi. Unhone calculate kiya tha ki evaluation centres mein proper chairs aur tables lagwane mein sirf ₹75 lakh ka kharcha aayega. Budget bhi almost ready tha — lekin unki achanak death ke baad yeh plan dab gaya aur phir kabhi uthaya nahi gaya.
Socho — ₹75 lakh. Ek baar ka kharcha. Aur aaj UP Board ka budget crores mein hota hai. Phir bhi yeh basic suvidha nahi?
Peene Ka Paani Aur Saaf Washroom — Yeh Bhi Nasiib Nahi
Baat sirf chairs aur tables tak simit nahi hai. Kai evaluation centres mein teachers peene ke paani ki proper vyavastha ke liye bhi taras rahe hain. Saaf washrooms ka toh naam bhi mat lo.
Jab koi teacher din mein 7-8 ghante kaam kare aur use saaf paani aur ek clean washroom bhi na mile — toh yeh sirf inconvenience nahi hai, yeh basic human dignity ka sawaal hai.
RP Mishra ne direct sawal uthaya: “Agar teachers poore din students ke liye mehnat kar rahe hain, toh kam se kam unhe saaf paani aur washroom toh milna chahiye. Yeh koi badi maang nahi hai.”
Is Saal Nayi Pareshani: Answer Booklets Ka Dark Logo Aur Galat Caging Sheet
2026 ki evaluation mein kuch naye technical problems bhi saamne aayi hain jo teachers ka kaam aur bhi mushkil bana rahi hain.
Pehli problem: Is saal answer booklets par jo logo print hua hai, woh itna dark hai ki uske neeche likhe answers padhe hi nahi jaate. Evaluator ko bar bar aankhein strain karni pad rahi hain ek ek answer samajhne ke liye. Din bhar yahi karte raho toh aankhein thak jaana swabhavik hai.
Doosri problem: Har sawaal ke marks feed karne wali caging sheet — jo pehle answer booklet ke cover page par hoti thi — is saal andar ki taraf shift kar di gayi hai. Iska seedha matlab hai ki baar baar booklet ko open karna, marks dhundhna, phir andar jaana — process slow ho gayi, mistakes ki possibility badh gayi.
Ek teacher ne frustration mein kaha: “Pehle se itna kaam zyada hai. Upar se yeh nayi arrangements ne aur time waste karna shuru kar diya. Lagta hai jo log yeh decide karte hain, unhone kabhi khud evaluate nahi kiya.”
Teachers Ki Maang Simple Hai — Izzat Se Kaam Karne Do
Teachers koi luxury nahi maang rahe. Unki maangein bilkul simple hain:
- Proper chair aur table — student benches nahi
- Ek ghante ka actual lunch break — sirf rules mein nahi
- Clean drinking water — har centre mein
- Saaf washroom — yeh basic hai
- Board se stationery — apni jeb se kyun lagaein?
Yeh sab mila ke dekho toh koi badi maang nahi hai. Yeh wahi cheezein hain jo kisi bhi government office mein kaam karne wale ko automatically milti hain. Teachers is desh ke students ka bhavishya sanwaar rahe hain — aur unhe yeh basic cheezein bhi nahi mil rahi.
Aakhri Baat — Agar System Nahi Badla, Toh Asar Students Par Padega
Yeh sirf teachers ki takleef ka mudda nahi hai. Jab evaluator thaka hua ho, kamar mein dard ho, aankhein strain ho rahi hon, na proper break mila ho — toh kya guarantee hai ki evaluation 100% accurate hogi?
Students ka poora saal, unki mehnat, unka career — sab in answer booklets mein band hai. Aur in booklets ko check karne wale teachers ki basic zarooraten bhi poori nahi ho rahi hain.
UP Board ko ab seriously sochna hoga. 50 saal ka intezaar bahut zyada ho gaya. ₹75 lakh ka kharcha — jo 1980s mein calculate hua tha — aaj shayad zyada bhi ho, lekin agar system theek karna hai toh yeh investment zaruri hai.
